Management: Management means all of the organizational and management application to administer an entity.
Management based on the organization and coordination of the six components of activity:
- Customers;
- Suppliers;
- Investors (shareholders or partners);
- Employees managed;
- Flows of information handled by computer;
- Physical flows, buildings, tools, etc.. managed by logistics.
The management of these factors in the company depends primarily on marketing functions, commercial, financial and quality management (logistics, decision support and human resources management).
These functions must work together in common purpose to achieve the objectives of the organization while creating for themselves the maximum benefit.
The different services are interwoven employees work as much for their interest and for that of their service and their company.
